i will speak in english, because i can't express all what i got to say in french.
i am one person of the "association" who was using the room before your party. we're not exactly a association but a political anarchist group of people who mobilize against the somemt de L'otan a strasbourg. we had a presentation in the midday and a solidarity concert in the evening to gain some money to cover the costs of our political work. the event was on prix libre, which means people pay how much they like, we had installed a kitchen and as you all know the place, that was a hard thing to deal, seeing that there is no water and we had massive stuff to install.
i am sure you all don't give a shit about all that, so i stop to tell you boring things about our event...
we didn't know the squat before, only one person who offered us to do the event there. of course we didn't do our job well and took some informations in about this squat and we surely would have decided differently. One moment in the preparation time we've been told that there will be a party after us in the room and that we could only stay untill midnight. that was ok for us, seeing that we had stayed all day already. the thing was that we haven't been told that the party after us is some serious professional, in the most critical way professional can be meant, capitalist, consumerist commercial event. that is a fact, which is the choice of the people who organise it and it is not up to me to judge. on another note: me, and most of the people who had been there believe that it's a shame to do something like this in a squat !!
that's a critic to those who organise such a party in a squat and STILL ask for 20 euro entry, and to the people of the squat who are a shame to the free spaces scene !
due the fact that there was money being invest the party had to happen on any circumstances. of course it was unhappy for the both of our teams to be set up in such conditions, we didn't enjoy your presence either. we negociated under each others that you stay the midday to install your stuff. that was so far not a problem and i thought, myself coming from the freepart scene, that it's gonna be cool to hang around with you, the more the better. really quick i figured that no, it's not going to be cool:
we had some englisgh guest invited to speak and a presentation, usually followed by discussions.
now you will all maybe understand that mounting up a decoration and doing sound checks at the same time isn't really supporting the ambiance for such a thing. for us, the political part of our event had failed because of your attendance in the room, not respecting that we're needing silence, and best, you outside because we would have liked to speak about sensible stuff which no one did because of the attendance of people who we don't know.
But that was ok, we hadn't been upset with your crew but at this point slightly with the people who offered one room for 2 groups who both had a massive installation work to do.
nevertheless, as i said coming from freeparty, i absolutely don't see how a team of 20 people can need from 12 to 19 to install a sound and some deko ???
that, seriously, isn't a good score at all.
But at this point, our anger was quiet focused on the missorganisation, which changed at the point where one of our artists went off, totally upset because he's been rudely told behind the scene that he can't install his desks because our party would be over and they would start at 22.30 !
just that we had the deal to stay till 24/00h. not acceptable at all from our side that we fuck off earlier, also because YOU KNEW that we would be there and that we would be there till midnight.
unable to accept the facts, some of the chail group dared to agress our artist verbally so far that he went off and of course never played.
How can you dare to be that disrespectful towards other people ?
but for what i really came on here and actually bothered to find out who you people are and what you are up to in the future is for some serious shit fuck up you people are running here:
fucking commercial parties, and believe me, i know what i speak about when i say that. you gained shit loads of money, benefit !
we had a lot and we didn't even ask entry, simply donations.
you earned yourself a couple of tousand euros this night: on the back of other people, of the people of the quartier, the squatscene, us and those who were paying 20 euro for party without even toilets.
the most expensive must have been the security service and there we are at the point where you really took the piss out of us and all the people who were there this evening:
do you know what a squat is ? it's a autonomous zone - without any authority.
that is for people with common sense.
you seem to have no clue about certain politics of the facilities you use to make cash.
your wankers of aggressive and plein stupid security guys asked money at the entry from 20.30, money from people who wanted to come to our, announced as prix libre, event.
we had still the band playing for fuck sake !
so basically, you're owing us money and we gonna take it back, the one or the other way !
what happend from 22.30 was simply unbelievable and on a human level really bad. we got menaced from the securities, constantly. they had put a team of about 8 people behind the bar to piss us off and making us pressure to get our kitchen sorted and carried out of the place. faar before we thought because we counted with midnight. from the moment the concert had been stopped, by YOU, your security monkeys played their clubnightsover game and tried to empty the room of us and our guests, forming a line that pushed us towards the entry. that was at 23, one hour before we said we'd leave. we had to calm down our guests who were ready to smash your fucking faces up at the place, not because we were scared of your security jokes or even your crew, the nice association how you call us, are radical autonomous people fighting cops on a regular professional base. we calmed them down because we simply wanted to get out of this place in such a bad company.
but nevertheless, it was one of the most disgrading moments to be thrown out by a security team of a soundsystem that organised a 20 euro paying clubnight IN A SQUAT !
seriously, untill the point with the security, we could have taken all the shit and the fact that the cirumstances and also your behave made our event a living nightmare, on the funny side and think: bad luck, next time !
but summarizing all what happened, no, there is no way that you get away with that !
i've been threatened physically more than one time by some of your crew and by the security, who menaced me with a weapon. i got insult and taken the piss by you and the security.

get the facts straight man, that action was NOT COOL, that makes you NOT COOL, in fact, bringin security team in a squat, askign 20 euros entry, thorwing out our musician, menacing us, pressuring us, letting us throw out by the security while you were hiding behind the scene, rinsing our guests at the entry, insulting and menacing as well them, pretending for a reason that your shit was more important than our shit, that's why your deal with the squat was the correct one but not ours, enforcing your will by your security team....
