DJ producer settled Perpignan (France), with a various musical background He starts in the 80s as a jazz bass player and discovers electronic music in 1989 (with Kevin Sauderson and the beginnings of house music). After a long break, he comes back on the electronic music scene in 2006.

Fascinated by Dub music, his musical influences vary from Moritz Von Oswald and Mark Ernestus's Berlin dub (Maurizio, Basic Channel...) and Richie Hawtin or Ricardo Villalobos's minimal techno. During few years, he was on Reunion Island and was one of the activists of the electronic music scene, he organised with his friend C-Bullon(N.E.M.O/Brussels) the Clandestines Nights, famous for being the most musically creative and bringing together the most technical artists in Réunion Island underground electronic music scene. This place of freedom enable him to express himself musically speaking, whether with a live or a DJ set and to share with his crowd his taste for technical, deep electronic music, mixing dub techno and minimal house, without any concessions to the mainstreams.

sur le point de mourir à cause des divers problèmes inhérents aux sorties physiques, entropy, petit label indé envahissant le topic "ambient downtempo" (presque par nostalgie plus qu'autre chose) ne raccrochera pas comme çà aurait pu l'être   et tiendra ses promesses pour sortir tous les artistes bookés cette année. Du lourd mais du taf pour bibi...

Du coup, une nouvelle ligne plus "économique" mais de qualité vois donc le jour /LP-Limited-Line/.
Une édition plus confidentielle et plus limité pour les aficionados du CD dans un coffret metallique qui n'aurait pas les meme soucis que Chain Reaction (bon çà c'est un autre sujet mais y'en a qui comprendront)....

Lo ouvre cette série avec un album dit "dub techno" mais qui prends le partie d'etre plus original et moins dans les lignes classique du dit genre. On appréciera la sensibilité de The True Story of Duncan The Pelican avec l'inclusion d'instru accoustique.

Un album particulier à apprivoiser et que je laisse découvrir au plus curieux d'entre vous.

Le EP de 6 remixes plus dancefloor ou disons rythmiques est proposé gratuitement pour les acquéreur du CD.

On y retrouvera du solide avec Quantec, Zzzzra, Axs, The Marx Trukker et Masterkush

Dans "The True Story of Duncan The Pelican": c'est un violoncelle (pas synthétique) un vrai quoi pour être plus clair. Perso j'aime vraiment bien ce track... très visuel disons!
