SHAGMA - RAINBOW ISLAND
Awaited from really long time, here is finally the first album of the French band, SHAGMA on Morphonic records.
After several tracks successfully released on various compilations from Mind Control records to Planet Ben rec, not to mention the Psychofluid compilations from Morphonic rec, Shagma brings us today to their magical island of colorful tones, filled with groovy kicks and powerful melodic fullon sounds, to keep you dancing and smiling over the rainbow until dawn.
The album features 10 tracks including a collaboration track with Psyche Logos from Brazil, who was also responsible of the mastering of the album.
Cover art from Nico Psy Art fits perfectly to the SHAGMA sound, powerful and subtle at the same time!

SHAGMA profile
SHAGMA is a french project composed of Laurent Fassier (Fass) and Jean Salomon (Rasti).
Childhood friends, they played guitar and drums, before discovering electronic music by its psychedelic side on the early 2000's.
Quickly, they obviously decided to create their own tracks and after few years, in 2005, they finally sent their first demo cd to Talamasca, for the well-known French Trance label "Mind Control rec".
Their first release, "Pianobar" has made them, from the first track, a strong reputation and they quickly began to play in Japan, Switzerland, Brazil and more.
Later, they continued to release more fullon melodic tracks on various compilations including the Psychofluid 1 & 2 from Morphonic records.
In 2010, the digital EP "Rainbow Island" introduced their first album, coming now, finally released after long waiting time!
