The island of Samothrace is the place the Great Gods chose as their Sanctuary! Chthonic deities, believed to predate the twelve gods of Olympus, have always been an enigma as it was a taboo for their names to be pronounced. The congregation of the Great Gods had as a central figure the Great Mother which has also been associated with the Phrygian Cybele, the Trojan Mother Goddess and later with the Greek fertility goddess Demeter.
The Temple of Gnosis is opening for the first time in honor of the female energy that nurtures all life! Mother Earth, Human Spirit and Divine Communication used to take place in Samothrace for thousands of years.
Nowadays, where politics and diplomatic failures are leading into war and depression it is our responsibility to pursue knowledge and partake in collective activities that will heal our hearts and increase our understanding of what it means to be part of a collective human consciousness.
