c est dommage que ces evenements soit aussi haut en Allemagne,à part 2003, 2004 et 2005 il y a eu du mauvais temps,donc ba j y vais plus!
c est dommage car c est de tres bons festoches.

une autre tare de l'allemagne est sa police sur les autoroutes, un vrai cauchemard avec leur batterie de tests t'a interet a etre super clean, j'ai vecu un cauchemard dans leur poste de police( prise de sang de force,humiliation, et ammende de cinq cent euros; avis aux ammateurs.

la solution ? ne rien prendre avant de conduire ou de pas avoir de prods dans la caisse

incroyable non ? fallait y penser...

o sinon attandre 2 jours apres le festival comon ca pas de controle.

    deja participez a 6 festivals en allemagne, 2 full moon  ,2 voov ,1antaris project et  1 indian spirits , jamais eu de probleme , toujours super happy de l experience , tous ces festivals allemands sont vraiment de tres tres grandes qualités ,sauf pour ceux qui recherche du festival a la roots pas trop bien organisé la c est la merde! il est vrai que c est la meteo qui n est pas toujors tres cool ............ sinon rien a dire ,

FULLMOON FESTIVAL 2009 - CANCELED

Hello Fullmoon Freax !

Unfortunately we have bad news for all of you.

With broken hearts we have to cancel the Fullmoon-Festival 2009.
Since months we work with full power at the preparations for this years festival, but since we didn’t got solid information we couldn..t provide you news in the usual complexity as you know it from the other years. That gets on our nerves, same as yours.

As we told you all permissions from Wittstock are ready to go, but this permissions are connected to the main permission from the environmental authority of Brandenburg. Since May 1st the responsibility for giving that permission has changed from the environmental authority of Prignitz to the environmental authority of Brandenburg. That’s why we couldn’t get this permission before April 30th . So the new authority earliest starts working with the new law coming into effect at May 1st.  For a permission new ornithological expertises and expert reports from different associations and institutions are needed, which would take at least 8 weeks. Our lawyers are forecasting good chances for getting the permissions, but end of June we would earliest get the approve.

The risk for YOU and US would be way too big in this case. In the last years there were many negative examples where festivals got cancelled by police when everything was built up and guests entered the festival sites – we don’t want something like that here. That’s why we switched the the start of the ticket presale from day to day. It’s not acceptable for us to sell tickets before the basic conditions are not 100% safe. That’s why we have no other choice but to cancel the FMF 2009.

We will not withdraw the applications but we will change it into 2010. If the authorities will not change we have a good chance to get all permissions until autumn 2009. So we will be back with full power when having the permissions end of the year. Next year’s july fullmoon will be at 26th. So the Fullmoon-Festival will take place from 22nd – 27th July 2010. The mayor and the city of Wittstock are welcoming us also in 2010 and want to give us best support.

Anyway - All crazy dancers we whish a great party summer with lots of music and beats !

Si j'ai bien compris, avec une date annoncée au 03/07, l'orga du full moon aurait du avoir l'autorisation le 30/04, or il ne l'ont pas eu à cause d'un changement de main des autorités environnementales passée de Prignitz à Brandenburg le 01/05 et de nouvelles lois de protection de la nature.

Annulation d'un si beau festival, c'est rude...  :fou:

Ouai 'fin avec une prise de sang tu peux toujours rien prendre avant de conduire, ça changera pas forcément grand chose sauf si tu prends rien avant long time..
Donc la solution :  ne rien prendre durant toute ta vie si tu veux pas être emmerdé et te poser la question à chaque festival ..


En tout cas dégoûté même si pas présent cette année la bas, que ce festival soit annulé.

bah la prise de sang n intervient que si le controle salivaire est positif,donc bon,ca laisse une marge de manoeuvre...

et a mon avis ca a deja sauvé qques vies ,vu l etat dans lequel certains repartent de festival..

au pire ,attendre que la police soit partie (le mardi en general)

c'est bien beau ce que tu dis(et j'approuve) sauf que dans le cas de l'allemagne c'est exageré, un pote a moi s'est fait prendre un dimanche soir a 18h au test car il avait fumé le soir d'avant(et j'etais avec donc pas la peine de sortir qu'est ce que t'en sais) et ben resultat 800euro d'amende, plus le permis pendant 5an en allemagne(pour ceux qui y mettent les pieds une fois dans l'année pour les festoche je peux comprendre que c'est pas trop embettant, par contre qd t'es frontalier et que t'y bosse c'est autre chose), je pense pas qu'on soit dangeureux au volant 24h apres avoir fumé du cannabis, ou bien ?
c'est bien beau de faire des test mais encore faudrait pouvoir prouvé que la prise a ete faite quelques heures avant de prendre le volant.
surtout que pour l'alcool y'a un taux, le cannabis que dalle et 3jours apres t'es toujours positif.

Ça dépend de leur test, s'ils font direct un test d'urines ou sang c'est clair, pour la salive c'est autre chose(bcp moins)..
Enfin j'ose espérer qu'ils font pas le test sang ou urine direct, ça serait dégueu.. si ça se trouve le test salivaire à pas marché comme beaucoup et donc pour faire le deuxième test ils font sang ou autre..
Bref clair, merci de la précision, morale de l'histoire : c'est la merde !

La malédiction du 4 juillet a encore frappé: Summer of Laon, Fairy's, Fou l'moulles...Who's next?
